John Carroll is the President of the Development Corporation for Downtown Los Angeles, which he founded in 2002. He is also the Founder and CEO of Carroll Management Group, a full-service management, design and development firm. He was born in California but grew up in Queens, New York. He attended Queens College and earned his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business
John has lived in Los Angeles since 1991. His wife is a pediatrician at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
